At Vyren, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’ve got you covered.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

• We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom pieces.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.

• We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at Vyrenwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a return label or instructions depending on your location.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
