Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All Vyren products are shipped from Anaheim, California.

For standard orders, please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your order is placed.

During product launches, drops, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
In these cases, orders may take up to 1–2 weeks to ship as we prepare inventory, packaging, and fulfillment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.


3. FREE SHIPPING

Vyren offers free U.S. shipping on orders over $140.
This promotion is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.


4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority/Expedited: 2–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


5. SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY

In select cases, Vyren may offer same-day local delivery for customers located near Anaheim, California.
This option is provided at our discretion and is not guaranteed for all orders.


6. SHIPPING DELAYS

Vyren is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS service disruptions

  • Weather or transportation issues

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • High-volume drop periods

We appreciate your patience during launches and high-demand releases.


7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

  • Address corrections are allowed once at no cost if requested before the order ships.

  • If an order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with USPS.

Vyren reviews these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer assistance where appropriate.


9. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review your case and work toward a resolution.
